This is my design proposal for AL ADNAN VILLA in Egypt.
Style : Mamluk.
Software used: Revit- 3Ds max- V-ray -Ps.
The architectural style is Mamluk style in Egypt, and its main features are: stone, wood is used for elements such as doors and balconies, domes, stucco is used for decorative elements, columns, arabesque, Islamic patterns, cornices, pointed (two centred) arches and the villa are monumental in scale which is popular in Mamluk buildings specifically in Egypt.
Mamluk building is generally not symmetrical, instead it tends to emphasize the use of balance over symmetry in its overall composition.
Owner requirements: Egyptian Mamluk style villa
Exterior: five entrances: one for main residents, the second for men guests, the third for women guests, the fourth for driver and maids and the fifth for Chefs, butlers and household staff, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, parking area with shade, backyard setting area, garden, BBQ area, Patios & Walkways, water features and Islamic style gazebo.
Interior : Main reception area, men Majlis, women Majlis, three kitchens, storage, maid room, laundry room, driver room, four dining rooms, WC for guests, 4 bathrooms, gym, home theatre, billiard room, 5 bedroom, spa room and private office.
